Outlook 2003 on Vista Beta 2

I've just installed Outlook 2003 from Office 2003 Professional Enterprise Edition on my Windows Vista Beta 2 workstation. I've configured my POP3 account as always and the "Test Account Settings" check runs OK. Besides that I cannot receive any mail from my server, however I can send emails as usual. No error is reported on the receive process, it executes like there where no emails on my account (but there are). Windows Mail, included on Windows Vista works does not have this issue.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Known issue, bug in this build (5270) check on next build of Vista (Feb. CTP to see if its fixed). -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm

What I find rather surprising is that Outlook 12 beta 1 (installed on both

sides of my MCE/ Vista 5270 dual-boot setup) works just fine (in both operating systems).
It just seems Rather Strange that this bug with Outlook 2003 is ONLY in 5270, and only with Outlook 2003.

If you find out that there are logical discrepancies between things at MS, then stop scratching your chin if you don't want to experience significant blood loss.

Pop3 with Outlook 2003 is a known issue in 5270. Will be fixed in the next CTP.

a nice day!
